Camel Milk Works When Other Types of Milks are Intolerant to the Gut

A mom managed her kid’s gut problem with the camel milk

As an organizer of the camel milk advocay international group, CAMEL4LIFE, I receive very good information and updates from the people who share their camel milk stories. I share the stories time to time here in my camel4milk blog, but hide the names of the storytellers for privace. Here is a message from such person, who shared her story here with us.

The camel ecosystem, Halloxylon plants and the bowl full of camel milk in Kharan Desert of Balochistan

“Hi everyone. I’ve been added to the group due to my son who has a cow milk protein allergy and severe eczema since receiving his infant immunizations. He was severely behind on his weight and height and has itchy infected skin which profoundly impacted his functioning, sleep, socializing, schooling etc.”

We did a GAPS diet, and detoxed with cilantro and chlorella and added camels milk to his diet.

Conclusion

And he’s now a thriving 7 year old. Great improvements to his skin, growth and functioning. He still drinks camel milk, as there is very very little cross reactivity between cow and camel milk and I feel it helped him to grow when most of what he was eating was causing bloatedness and diarrhea..

Llama Milk is also Special

The offshoot of camelus, Llamas milk is also rich with special nutrients, making it super food.

Yes. Llama milk also has nanobodies. V beneficial for immune system and being studied for cancer cure.

If someone is interested to know the biological links between camelus and Llamas, can read in the link below.

Have You Seen A Camel Eat Cactus — Reality Decoded

The camel products, especially milk is special because of the plants the camel consume as well as the unique genetics of this incredible creature of nature.

Camels bodies are built for harsh desert conditions. Camels have a hard palate at the tops of their mouths and cheeks lined with raised, cone-shaped structures called papillae. Papillae in camels partially consist of keratin, the same hard material that your fingernails are made of. Papillae protect the cheek and mouth from scratches and injuries.

Camel Milk (CaM) Can Give You Better Weight Control

Obesity is one of the most alarming issues of the modern era. Different reseasons have been discussed to be responsible for this problem but still, many more thoughts are emerging and coming into the discussion. I have been following the discussion going on about Gut health and its connection with different aspects of human health and well being What we do and do not know about the gut health.

It is a wide and multidimensional discussion, covering different aspects of the health and the food we eat and the way we live (environment, sleep, stress etc). While following the whole talk and discussion, I have noticed that many aspects of healthy foods are not covered in the topic, here my thoughts go to the camel milk.

CaM Theory

  • CaM is my area of study and the core point of my research and publications. From the last 8 years, I’m trying to write about this natural pharmacy (CaM) in a very general way for the general public to be aware and informed about the superfood. The CaM is really a unique product because of its specially engineered Fatty acids, Peptides, Lactose, nanobodies, minerals composition, casein, whey, and the overall synergic constitutions found in it.
  • CaM diversify the gut microbiome because of its natural probiotics, GABA and LA bacteria and other constituents (yet to be researched out) and helps in weight control, better detoxification of the body, and boosting the overall vitality of the brain and body. As a personal experience, (taking a glass of CaM daily ) the camel milk really boosts immunity and improve body resistance to the infections (I think both because of the diversification of the Gut Microbiome and the nanobodies and other specialized proteins).
  • CaM is less insulinogenic diet, meaning not increasing the blood calories abruptly because of its rich ingredients which control the sudden rise of one type of molecule surge in the body. The effect of the CaM really needs control and sophisticated scientific research to better define that conclusion.
  • CaM wash the body and detoxify the tissues, resulting in the improvement of the all body performance and vitality, resulting in better resistance to diseases and slowing the aging speed. Our bodies are sinking under the burden of the toxins we eat on daily basis without knowing the sources and the consequences of it.

Conclusion

The CaM is a real treasure and blessing of nature, enabling our body to function and sustain in the most difficult era of human history (with perspectives of the food quality). A comprehensive and control scientific research is the utmost need of time to uncover the hidden treasures of the superfood. Health professionals, natural and traditional healers, food scientists and chemists are hereby asked to come forward, make a good team and work on the CaM in different parts of the world.

Camel’s Milk Gives Hopes in the Drought Stricken Africa

When it’s too dry for dairy cows, what do you do? Switch to camel milk

The African nomads find new ways to adapt with the challenge of the climate change. As increasingly fierce, frequent and lengthy dry spells hit northern Kenya, raising dairy cattle has gotten ever harder. But after seeing her initial five camels thrive while eating just tree branches and leaves, Yousef sold 100 cows to buy more expensive camels, whose milk now never dries up.ken_camelmilk5_Safia_kulow

The Philosophy of Symbiosis and Gut’s Role in Natural Health

The philosophy of symbiosis is really great and incredible. All my ideas of natural health are based on this philosophy. I’m never in favor of killing microorganisms in the body, instead, I want to give them the symbiotic liberty of life. But my philosophy is not articulated only around the living things, also the symbiotic balance of hot and cold, dry and wet, secretary and non-secretary etc also have the symbiotic nature. I do not want to go into details of this philosophy.

The gut (gastrointestinal tract) is the backbone of the natural health systems. When the gut’s health, especially its symbiotic health is maintained, other parts of the health remain stable and strong. In my view, the synthetic products, especially antibiotics, snacks, processed food etc disturb the gut symbiotic health and result into a very complicated and ill health.microbes

My studies revealed that there are many measures and natural products helping to keep the gut’s health intact, but the camel milk is really incredible. It promotes the healthy and strong culture of microflora in the gut because of a unique protein in milk (which bypass from the acidic medium of the stomach and reach to the small intestine) which can nurture the microflora in the small intestine and promote natural and sustainable healthUnique Benefits of Camel Milk. I, therefore, promote camel milk.

Antibiotics, Even Worse than Anticipated — Raxa Collective

Please come to the sources of the natural health. I assure you camels’ milk really works. Look the use of antibiotics at such a high level in dairy sector and other spheres of life. Slow, natural and ecofriendly foods can save the health of humanity.

We disagree with having cows filled with antibiotics, primarily because of the problems created by bacterial resistance to drugs given without cause. But now we’re learning that there’s even more wrong with antibiotics in cattle: their dung releases more methane. About Camel Milk~With Bactrian Perspectives

Camels’ milk is the king of the milk kingdom, said by the Bactrian camel keepers in Central Asia. It is the first choice for health maintenance. They think that their milk is more nourishing than their sister camel (dromedary) and all other animals.

Jiali_camelmilk_DSC06785-1.jpgOur milk is high grade but tastes a little bit salty because of my taste as I like salty bushes; the only ice cream for me in the ecosystems where I live. I live in very cold regions and hence producing milk thicker than my sibling dromedary. My milk keeps a desirable PH of the human body as it is a bit alkaline. I have the physical effect on the stomach of my keepers to make them happy and in a good mood. Detailed Nutritional Composition of Bactrian Camel’s Milkmy bactrian

My milk is rich in protein (4.5%), making me special food item for the poor and undernourished group of the human being. Bactrian milk protein contains many health promising elements as various Amino Acids and Vitamins, Lysozymes & Lactoferrin,  and Immunoglobulin; all are protective and bio-active.

Kenya’s dairy industry switches from cowsW to camels | Global Ideas

The cow is the most important farm animal in parts of Africa but climate change is threatening the existence of the animal. Recurring droughts and extreme heat are making cows unable to produce essential milk. Camel produces milk in harsh conditions where other farm animals are hard to survive. In Kenya, a group of farmers has found an alternative in camel milk.

Unlike cows, camels can withstand long periods of extreme drought and still produce milk all year round. Some 200 women have already made the switch from cow to camel milk. The camel milk is healthier and pleasant in taste. The move has improved living conditions for many, especially because they are able to sell milk from their camels at a competitive price.
