Detailed Nutritional Composition of Bactrian Camel’s Milk

This study was conducted by a fellow scientist in a US university. The very interesting finding is the highest level of Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), which is more than double of cows’ milk. I’m quite sure that more and more information will come in the near future of nature’s gift of the camel milk.
