Camel milk is attracting millions of people at the global level. The main attraction is its health promising characteristics. Camel milk might be super food as well as a natural pharmacy in the ongoing climate change scenario. Human health's challenges like viral outbreaks, super bugs, and allergies etc can be better addressed with the camel milk.
Yesterday, I visited the Gulf Food Festival 2018, Gulf Food 2018 and spent enough time with the camel milk outlets “camelait”. Camelait! Al Ain Camel Dairy Products.Many people visited the stall and showed a keen interest in camel milk. I also visited the other camel milk business outlet (Camelicious) and discuss the overall camel milk (CM) demand and interest of the masses.
Some people were selling/marketing camel milk from other countries like Australia and India. Shrey Kumar from India (the Co-founder of the Aadvik foods) also met me there. He is already my facebook contact and recognized me by face as we could never meet personally before. I also met Hani from Australi (Auslink Investment), who was also looking for the camel milk powder export.
The camels’ milk magical performance is because of its Bio-composition. The unique milk is enriched essential fatty acids, specialized protein, rich with micro minerals etc. The Xinjiang Chinese camel company has published the details of the composition; given in the picture.
Also, Alain Dairy which is based in Alain UAE (pioneer of camel dairying in the world) marketing camel’ milk product with the name of ‘CAMELAIT” have received the detailed fatty acid profile of Camelait milk powder. This study was conducted by a fellow scientist in a US university. The very interesting finding is the highest level of Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), which is more than double of cows’ milk. I’m quite sure that more and more information will come in the near future of nature’s gift of the camel milk.
