The Scientists are agreed that the products, especially milk coming from a happy and comfortable animal are far better than the animal in distressed conditions with a sad feeling. Now it is yours’ choice, either you take milk from a happy animal or a sad animal as both types are available in the market. I’m convinced that some cow farmings are eco-friendly and green but the majority have the sad cows. If compared to camel dairying, the cow production system is much behind in quality and happiness index. A brief view of both types of farming systems (the sad cow and the happy camel) is given in the ensuing lines.
The Happy Animal: Camel farming is very eco-friendly, natural, clean, dry & airy, shiny and completely free of any foul smell. This clean environment ensures the quality of livelihood of the camel and the absence of pathogenic microorganisms. Camel is really a lucky and happy animal living in such a great place of living.
Consuming less water, adapted to high ambient temperatures make this animal even more special and adapted happy animal. In the same climatic zone, the dairy cow needs a lot of water for drinking, cooling and cleaning purposes, may be more than 5 times compared to the camel. The milk produced from a happy animal (here happy animal means camel) is very rich in nutrients than sad animals. The overall environment where animals are raised has an additional effect on the milk quality.
Additionally, the camel’s milk quality is entirely different, especially in the context of micro but essential nutrients. For details, please go to the link below; Camel! A One in All Creatures.
“Camel milk protein is coated with fats, which enhance protein absorption. It passes the acidic stomach undisturbed (does not coagulate easily because of fat coating) and reaches the intestines for absorption”.
The Sad animal: Now look at the sad animal. She is not happy and lives in the slurry and uncomfortable situation. She is in a panic situation. What do you think! Can the milk be the same? No, not at all. The altered hormonal profile due to the stress makes the milk quality unhealthy. It is also a fact that the microorganisms grow better in the products of the stressed animal as stress are the driving force of lower immunity.
Even if she lives in very natural condition her milk is not equal to the milk of camels. Camel is the special gift of nature and the milk is the treasure of health. Let’s live natural health and promote the natural way of life.Cow’s Milk: A Cruel and Unhealthy Product

Camels’ milk is the king of the milk kingdom, said by the Bactrian camel keepers in Central Asia. It is the first choice for health maintenance. They think that their milk is more nourishing than their sister camel (dromedary) and all other animals.
Our milk is high grade but tastes a little bit salty because of my taste as I like salty bushes; the only ice cream for me in the ecosystems where I live. I live in very cold regions and hence producing milk thicker than my sibling dromedary. My milk keeps a desirable PH of the human body as it is a bit alkaline.
